Ian Dommett 

Ian Dommett runs his own marketing communications consultancy and has over 25 years of experience in advertising, PR, design and digital connections, winning numerous effectiveness and creative awards for client as diver as the Army and VisitScotland. Ian is keen to help enhance the public perception of charities working within the Trust. 

David Sharrod

David has been the Director of the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT) since 1997, a charity which supports the well-being of that special area. He is also a Trustee of Cumbria Wildlife Trust. His passions include wildlife, fell-walking and teaching his two Grandsons all about surrounding nature.

David McKinnon

David McKinnon

David has spent 20 years in the charity sector, working with organisations such as  National Trust for Scotland & The Prince's Trust. He is now retired but still takes an active interest in what is happening in the Third Sector. His passion is very much people focused with emphasis on the development and wellbeing of our young people

Matt Stevenson-Dodd 

Matt is Managing Director of Trust Impact Ltd, an advisory business which helps charities find pragmatic ways to measure and report their impact, building trust with beneficiaries, stakeholders and funders and linking impact to purpose.

Prior to Trust Impact, Matt was CEO of Street League, the UK’s leading sport for employment charity from 2010 to 2019.

He has an MBA with Distinction from Nottingham University and a scholarship from Harvard where he undertook the world-leading Strategic Perspectives In Non-Profit Management Course in 2012.

John Herriman 

John passionately believes in the voluntary and community sector’s role in tackling growing social inequality.  He is Chief Executive of the National Emergencies Trust and has had a rewarding career spanning different sectors, and sees power in the diversity of perspective and the way it can drive genuine innovation. 

Lynne Bell

Lynne is a qualified accountant and has worked in the charity sector for 20 years, currently as Finance Manager with a social housing provider in Edinburgh.  Lynne has previously been involved in finance, governance and audit inspections for regulatory bodies in housing and education.  Lynne is also currently a Trustee with the Royal Zoological Society of Edinburgh.
